RockYourBest and Women of Color (WOC) Therapy is collaborating June 15, 2024 12-1:30pm in Celebration of Juneteenth with a lively Rock Your Best African-Caribbean dance fitness experience with highly professional dancer and fitness instructor Raquel, aka Rocky! Learn moves inspired by African, Caribbean, and Latin styles while dancing to the sounds of Afrobeat, dancehall, soca, and reggae. WOC Therapy opened its doors in 2019 with a mission of providing culturally competent therapy to teens and women of color. Dedicated to helping our clients find increased joy and confidence. We understand that access is a significant part of healing BIPOC communities.

For Us Festival LA is a one day wellness block party for the culture, featuring a rooftop party by @soulection's very own @joekay and expert-led panels and workshops that highlight mental and maternal health resources.
